Mint -butter-milk.......




Ingredients.....

1 cup curd/yogurt
7-8 fresh pudina (mint) leaves.
1/2tsp black pepper
1.5 cups water
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
rock salt / black salt /salt to taste


Method....

chop the pudina (mint) leaves.
in a blender add all the ingredients including the pudina leaves and blend till smooth.
add more water if you want for little thinner.
serve pudina chaas in glasses.
you can also chill the chaas and then serve later with lunch or dinner.
