Masala-butter-milk.........

Ingredients.....

1 cup curd/yogurt
1/2tsp Chat masala
1.5 cups water
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
Freshly chopped coriender
rock salt or black salt as required

Instructions....

in a blender add all the ingredients including the coriendar leaves and blend till smooth.
serve masala chaas in glasses with some ice cubes.
you can also chill the chaas and then serve later.
