Carom-butter-milk.........

Ingredeints....

1 cup curd/yogurt
1/2 tsp carom seeds powder
1 tsp  fresh chopped coriender
1.5 cups water
rock salt / black salt /salt to taste


Method....

in a blender add all the ingredients and blend till smooth 
add more water if you want for little thinner.
serve butter milk/chaas in glasses.
you can also chill the chaas and then serve later with lunch or dinner.
