Fresh-spicy-butter-milk........




Ingredients....

1 cup curd/yogurt

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 inch ginger

1 green chilly

1 tsp chopped fresh coriender

1.5 cups water

1 tsp roasted cumin powder

rock salt or black salt as required


Method.....

1)in a blender add all the ingredients and blend blend till smooth.
2)serve ginger garlic chaas in glasses with some ice cubes.
3)you can also chill the chaas and then serve later.
