Shrikhand............






Ingredients.....

curd or yogurt  4 cup
cardamom powder 1 tsp
saffron/kesar a pinch
sugar  1 cup or as required
dry fruits of your choice crushed


Method.....

1)hung the curd in a muslin cloth or kitchen napkin for 3 hours.
2)add the thick hung curd to the blender along with cardamom powder, saffron and sugar.
3)blend till smooth
4) add crushed dry fruits chill and serve......


shrikhand can be even served with chapathi and  puri .
