Healthy morning drink......
Ingredients
1)honey
2)lemon juice
3)water
Mix 1 teaspoon of honey and half of medium size lemon in warm 1 glass of water and drink .
Lime and honey are very soothing to the nervous system.Honey is very filling and satisfying and is good for satisfying sweet cravingsso it would be good to use for weight loss.Lime is invigorating and soothing at the same time - it reduces stress whilegiving energy.Warm water is cleansing.Honey is for reducing kapha - congestion and heaviness.This is a very nourishing and cleansing combination if the water is warm andnot hot.
